How can I check on the status of my order?
To review your order status, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.

How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us care@abeofficial.com. Please provide your order number.

When will my items ship?
Your order will be shipped in the order that it is received. Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business day. 
 
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped with USPS.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?
A tracking number will be sent to you included in your order confirmation email.

It may take up to 24 hours before a tracking number is registered in USPS system.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
You are responsible for all shipping fees and we highly recommend obtaining a tracking number. Email us at care@abeofficial.com for further assistance with your return.
 
What is your return/exchange policy?

Products must be in the condition you received them; unwashed, unworn, and all tags attached. Any products that is dirty or damaged are not returnable.

What do I do when I received a damaged item?
If you believe you received a defective item please email us at care@abeofficial.com. 

How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once we have received your return, it should take approximately 7-10 business days to complete.
